Photos

So, here are some pics from the shoot for the RMH
Diane Douglass, the photographer who took them, was wonderful.
She even drove all the way out to our house to do them.

This one is my favorite.

And this one....

Haddon had just got done bringing me a flower. It is one of my favorite things in the whole world. Noah always brought his mom flowers as a young boy and he has faithfully taught our boys to do the same. They can hardly see a flower without picking it and surprising me with it.

These are just a few. We are so grateful for the work Diane does with the RMH.
THANK YOU!!!!

So, it's official, Shepherd is scheduled for a bronchoscopy on August 27th. If he successfully de-canulates, we will be in the hospital for a few days. If not, we should be home that evening.
So, of course, we hope to not be home that evening.
But again, it's Shepherds heavenly Father who  plans out his days, not us.
And He is much better equipped to do such things.
We would love your prayers for that day!

We did find out yesterday that Shep has a staph infection around his trach site, and we are treating it with antibiotics. Please pray that will not present any difficulties.

With some good news, as of today, he is up to 9lbs 9 oz!!!

That's a long way from here....

To here....
Thank You, Jesus.

I just found your blog, I have an almost 6 year old named Shepherd, so it is especially hurting my heart to see another little Sheppy Poo suffering. This Shep's Mom is praying for your sweet little one tonight. And I know if I show this blog to my Shep tomorrow he will say a special prayer for him too.
